We are seeking a Client Delivery Lead who can take ownership of project planning, delivery and client relationships. This role will be central to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.


The Role

As a Client Delivery Lead at GEOLYTIX, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the UK and internationally. You’ll be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are well-defined, efficiently managed, and successfully completed.

Your focus will be on:

1. Project Planning and Scope Definition

  • Define and document project objectives, deliverables and scope in collaboration with internal teams and clients
  • Create structured project plans, timelines and milestone schedules
  • Translate technical ideas into clear, actionable tasks and frameworks

2. Team Coordination and Leadership

  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including data scientists, developers, location planners and data engineers
  • Assign tasks, track progress and manage team workloads
  • Foster collaboration and maintain momentum across remote and in-person teams

3. Budget and Resource Management

  • Track and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
  • Support commercial planning, including invoicing and forecasting

4. Risk Management and Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify and assess risks to delivery
  • Actively manage scope throughout the project
  • Implement mitigation strategies to reduce delays and issues
  • Resolve project roadblocks and adapt plans in real time

5. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and post-project reviews

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have an interest in data and maps
  • Have 2–3 years of experience managing projects, ideally in a retail, analytics, tech or consultancy environment
  • Are an excellent communicator – both written and verbal – and can engage confidently with stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Enjoy organising people and processes and take pride in delivering well-run projects
  • Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset and thrive under pressure
  • Can confidently manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Are comfortable translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Know your way around Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Are based in the UK and have the right to work here

Bonus points if you:

  • Are familiar with geospatial, retail or analytics concepts
  • Have experience with project management tools such as Asana
  • Have worked in or with multi-disciplinary teams
